A 200-amp bus rating does not define a complete panelboard. State voltage, phase, wire, main breaker or main-lug configuration, enclosure, mounting, circuit count, feed direction and short-circuit rating.
Breakers must be listed or classified for the exact panelboard. Provide the panel schedule and any AFCI, GFCI, shunt-trip, surge or metering requirements.
UL’s panelboard guide identifies UL 67 as the basic investigation standard. Final product selection must be made by catalog number and approved documentation.
