Product availability
Website listings are sourcing categories, not live inventory. Availability, quantity, condition, location and lead time are confirmed in the quotation process.
Project and special-order materials
Cut lengths, special finishes, configured equipment, imported products, made-to-order items and project-specific quantities may be noncancelable and nonreturnable once released.
Cancellations
Cancellation rights and charges depend on supplier commitments, production status, freight and the accepted quotation. Request cancellation immediately; approval is not guaranteed.
Returns
Return eligibility, authorization, inspection, restocking, freight and timing are product- and supplier-specific. No return should be shipped without written authorization.
Delivery inspection
Count and inspect materials promptly. Note visible shortage or damage on delivery documents and preserve packaging and photographs for review.
